The Opportunity
We’re growing rapidly and looking for apprentices and journeymen across Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical trades who want to be part of a hands-on, owner-led company that values teamwork, quality, and pride in every task.
THM is hiring for both employee and contractor positions across Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan.

What You’ll Do
- Support and execute field work on sustaining capital, maintenance, commissioning, and turnaround projects
- Work collaboratively with integrated E&I and mechanical teams to deliver turnkey solutions
- Perform installations, repairs, testing, and calibrations to THM’s high standards of safety and quality
- Participate in project mobilization, readiness, and execution planning
- Uphold THM’s culture of accountability, safety, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Registered apprentices or certified journeymen in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Millwright/Mechanical trades
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple disciplines
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in field or camp-based environments
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Experience in energy, industrial, or pipeline facility environments is an asset
