Founder & President
THM Technical Services was founded by Thomas Hubley to close the gap between field execution and client expectations. Having spent years in roles where direct client contact was limited, Thomas recognized the need for stronger collaboration between teams in the field and the clients they serve.
Driven by a commitment to partnership and precision, Thomas built THM with a simple but powerful mission: to stay hands-on, work closely with clients, and deliver tailored solutions that meet every scope, timeline, and expectation.
Under his leadership, THM has become a trusted partner to clients across the energy sector—drawing on decades of experience in midstream, downstream, mining, and SAGD. His vision for open communication and reliable execution continues to define THM’s culture today:

With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in heavy industrial projects throughout the oil & gas and mining sectors, John brings deep expertise in process design, construction, commissioning, start-up, and facility maintenance.
He leads with clarity, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to measurable results—values that align seamlessly with The THM Way.John is a firm believer in continuous improvement, stakeholder-driven partnerships, and delivering outcomes that go far beyond simply building or maintaining assets. With a “project first” mindset and a proven track record in both greenfield and brownfield environments, John continues to create immense value for THM’s clients and partners.

With nearly 30 years of experience across the energy and industrial sectors—including 20 years with Shell and 5 years with Inter Pipeline—Dean brings a deep understanding of client expectations, operational standards, and project execution excellence.
